We have a powerful proposition to make: the path to success is not formulaic. We know because we've carved out our unique paths ourselves. Inspired by the Enneagram, we believe that there is no singular path to success - indeed, the paths to success are numerous and distinctive to the individual.

With this philosophy in mind, we created a program in which students learn from leaders who operate at the top of their industries. Our selected mentors are trailblazers who did not just settle for a formulaic life. They've charted their own courses, and are passionate about helping the next generation make a difference. An extension to the Young Leaders of Tomorrow program, the 9Paths program is designed to help students ground their learnings, position themselves among tough competition, and receive real-world experience through powerful mentorship.
