FRANCIS NGAI
Founder & CEO, Social Ventures HK

Francis is the founder and CEO of Social Ventures Hong Kong, as well as a part-time university lecturer focusing in social innovation and entrepreneurship. He serves as an advisory for various governmental bodies (including part-time member of Central Policy Unit, HKSAR Govt 09/10, Enhancing Self-Reliance Fund of Home Affairs Bureau, and Sustainable Development Council of Environmental Protection Department). Francis was given the Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award Hong Kong 2011 and Young Global Leader of World Economic Forum 2012. Francis is constantly looking for challenges and recently completed the Gobi March—a 250km self-supported challenge in the Gobi Desert.

JAMEE WONG
HK Team Head, UBS Wealth Management; CFA Charter Holder since 2008 

Jamee graduated Magna Cum Laude and received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A. At present he is the HK Team Head of the Wealth Management & Business Banking division of UBS AG in Hong Kong and serves as Client Advisor for ultra-high net worth clients based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, Jamee worked at Goldman Sachs (Asia) L.L.C. as a Financial Analyst in the Investment Banking Division and Equity Capital Markets. Jamee is also an avid golf and tennis player; he has represented Hong Kong at international events including the Junior Davis Cup and the Reuters Global Golf Championship.

ROLAND YAU
Investement Director, CoCoon

Roland Yau is the Investment Director of CoCoon, a leading start up incubator in Hong Kong. Prior to joining Cocoon Ignite Ventures, Roland worked in one of the top international law firms. As a lawyer, Roland focused on fundraising for large conglomerates and worked on the largest mergers and acquisitions in Hong Kong including Cheung Kong, Hutchison, HKT and HKBN. One of his key focuses at CoCoon Ignite Ventures is to oversee deal execution and growth opportunities for Hong Kong. 

GILBERT HO
Academic Advocacy Team, Apple HK

A Cornell undergrad, Gilbert currently leads the academic advocacy team at Apple HK, the largest technology company in the world, to help educators understand how technology is able to enhance the learning experience. Gilbert has a background in design, theatre, advertising, and marketing. He has studied under renowned enneagram teachers such as Don Riso, Russ Hudson, and Ginger Lapid-Bogada, aiming to help educators differentiate their instructional design strategies, and students discover their full potential. Gilbert says he is one of those few people who is lucky enough to say that he enjoys waking up Monday morning to start work.

SHERYL LEE
General Manager, Naxos International 

Sheryl received her education at Yale and NYU. Shas extensive experience in arts administration/management as well as music publishing in the US and HK. She currently works for Naxos, the world’s leading recording label and distributor of classical music. An accomplished pianist herself, Sheryl made her orchestral debut with the Utah Symphony and was admitted to the Juilliard School. She currently performs regularly with Anonymous Quartet, HK's only professional piano quartet, and serves as a faculty member at NYU, New York Youth Symphony Chamber Music Program and The Masters School in New York.

NED TOZUN
President & Co-Founder, D.Light Design 

A Stanford alumnus, Ned is the President and Co-Founder of D.light Design, which has brought safe, clean and bright light and power to millions of customers around the world. Since 2007, Ned has secured over USD10 million from reputed American and Indian investment funds, and established four international offices. Along with business partner Sam Goldman, Ned was awarded the 2009 Innovation Award by the Social Venture Network, and was named as a finalist for BusinessWeek’s Most Promising American Social Entrepreneurs. He has presented at the 2009 World Economic Forum and the 2010 Ashden Conference.

BRETT HILLIARD
SR Pastor, Island Evangelical Community Church

Brett is the Senior Pastor of Island Evangelical Community Church, the largest English-speaking church in Hong Kong. A native of Texas, USA, Brett graduated from Texas Tech University in 1986. He started then in Christian ministry with Campus Crusade for Christ at the University of Texas, speaking extensively to collegiate audiences, specializing in leadership development among the extensive social fraternity system. Brett has given speeches in over 20 countries. He is an excellent communicator – articulate, charismatic and genuinely relational, with an extensive knowledge and deep love for the word of God.

ROBYN LAMSAM
Former Olympic Swimmer

An Ex-Olympic swimmer, Robyn is now a Professional Emcee and Sports Event Manager. She has also worked as a Life Coach, guiding adolescents in life experience and basic life values and principles, as well as an Event Director for the Hong Kong Tennis Patrons’ Association. Robyn graduated with Honors from the University of Queensland with a BA in Journalism and Asian Studies. She also received an Advanced Masters degree from the University of Queensland in International Studies, International Relations, and Diplomacy & World Politics.

JENNIFER MOBERG
Founding DR, KinderU Suzuki Music Academy

Jennifer Moberg is the founder and director of the KinderU Suzuki Music Academy. She received Suzuki Teacher Training at the University of Hartford’s Hartt School of Music with Teri Einfeldt, Chairperson of the Suzuki Association of the Americas. In addition to her daily Suzuki teaching, Ms. Jennifer is a regular clinician at workshops in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. She currently works with the Changing Young Lives foundation to provide music education for at-risk youth in Hong Kong, and was the director of music for Rightmind Kindergarten (Ap Lei Chau).

CARMEN CHUNG
Associate Solicitor, Baker Botts

Carmen grew up in Sydney, Australia, where she studied International Relations and Law in college and graduated with Honours. A qualified solicitor in both New South Wales and HK, she is currently an associate in dispute resolution practice at the international law firm Baker Botts. Carmen is also the co-founder of the blog Lifestyle Lookbook, which covers topics such as travel, F&B and product reviews, and she has written freelance articles for Sydney Morning Herald, South China Morning Post, the Hong Kong Express Uexplore Magazine etc. Being an animal lover, Carmen has undertaken pro bono legal work advocating for animal welfare in Hong Kong.

JESSICA LAM
Managing Partner, Jou Sun

Jessica received her MBA from Columbia Business School and BA from Brown University. She is currently the Managing Partner of Jou Sun, an online grocery shopping platform launched in 2015, which helps customers purchase and deliver to customers fresh, local and organic products from dozens of importers, organic farmers and retail vendors. Previously, Jessica worked as a business analyst at Gucci, hedge fund analyst and management consultant in Italy, Hong Kong and US respectively.
