- Message from the Founders -
Between us, we’ve studied at Wharton, Yale, Cornell, Columbia and Harvard Business School. We’ve worked at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, IFC World Bank, McKinsey and the South China Morning Post, and lived in Hong Kong, Vancouver, the U.S., Shanghai and Singapore.

Looking back at the challenges we faced as students and young professionals, we realize that our success was based on a core set of skills and values, refined over time by hard work and experience.
Now, as educators, we’ve set out to create a program we wish we had along the way – a program designed to help students develop leadership skills, self-awareness and a service mindset, to meet the challenges of college and beyond.
Young Leaders of Tomorrow is for parents and youths who are rigorous about preparing for the future, value exposure to the world’s most challenging educational experience, and want to be part of a community where success, personal satisfaction, and meaning all matter.

We hope you’ll join us on this exciting journey of self-discovery and fulfillment.
